   Nobody will get all achievements. These conditions are for Japan only. The US version will gain a condition change where the player cannot die even once to get them. Treasure confirmed it.

   I managed to achieve both awards and its simple. I messed up on each turn, therefore I aborted and start all over again…which adds to the play count

   Do this 20 times and these awards will come to you
