I unlocked the winged hat of kefkimo and it won’t work. When I try to customize my avatar with it, it just shows a circle with an exclamation point in it and won’t let me select it.
After a bit of reading seems clearing your Xbox 360 Cache might help or you can try apply the award using the Avatar Editor on Xbox.com
This is just what I've read don't know first hand.
I can only assume Xbox LIVE has not been updated for the Award to work with the adjusted Avatars that happened with the Kinect Dashboard update since they had been made before then but I can't confirm this.
I just acquired the game the other day so will give it a go and see what I run into with the Avatar Award! Sorry I can't be of more help but will definitely look into it.
